This Refund Policy applies to all courses and bundles purchased on edu.gamiyaacademy.com (Gamiya Academy). Please read it before making a purchase.
1. Digital courses are non-refundable
Our courses are digital products. Access is given immediately after a successful payment, and course content can be viewed or downloaded straight away. For this reason, all course purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, not completing a course, or not using the course after purchase.
Please review the course description, lesson list, level and any free preview lessons before you buy. If you have questions about a course, contact us before purchasing.
2. When we will issue a refund
We will refund your payment in full in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same course.
- Payment without access: your payment was successful but you did not receive access to the course, and we are unable to fix the problem within 7 days of you contacting us.
- Course cancelled: we withdraw a course before its content is made available to you.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at gamiyaacademy@gmail.com within 14 days of the payment with your name, the email address used for the purchase, the course name, the order number and the reason for the request. We will review it and reply within 7 working days.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment partner, PayHere. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–14 working days for the amount to appear in your account. Your access to the refunded course will be removed.
